Bell Flora (ベルフローラ Berufurōra?) is a 5000-year old terminal gynoid tasked by Doctor Regina Babylon to manage the Alchemy Lab of Babylon. Her airframe number is 21. She nicknamed herself as Flora (フローラ Furōra?).[3]

Appearance
Bell Flora is a gynoid with one-sided-tail pinkish hair, white skin and a pair of golden eyes. When first appearing in the series, Bell Flora is shown to be wearing a large pink ribbon on the black regular tunic with a white skirt and black tight.[3]
Later she decided to wear short pink nurse clothes (which emphasize her huge bust) with white stockings and garter belts, which Touya comments look more like a sexy outfit than a legitimate one.[4]
Personality
Like all other androids made by Doctor Regina Babylon, she displays some of the Doctor's personality. Her core personality is the Doctor's devotion.
Compatibility Test
For determining anyone that passes the teleportation magic circle test as a truly compatible person. Doctor Regina Babylon gave her creations, the gynoid, freedom to have the final judgment.
Her test was to find out whether Touya Mochizuki will continue the act of sexual harassment which was initiated by herself. Firstly, she forced Touya's hand to grab her breast which to his befuddlement, Touya released his grip instantaneously. She then started to undress herself right after announcing the first test result which momentarily arousing him. However, Touya angrily told her to redress. After having passed both tests, she later accepted Touya as her owner which right after that she snatched a French kiss which required for the DNA registration.[3]
History
Flora was created about 5092 years ago along with the Alchemy Building by Doctor Regina Babylon after the doctor looked into the future.[5] Then around 4907 years ago, she departed separately from her sisters after the doctor died.[6][7]

He is Bell Flora's current master.
