Having taken interest in Touya Mochizuki, who shares her biorhythm, Dr. Regina Babylon creates a massive structure that she names after herself. Knowing that Touya will have nine wives, Babylon splits her structure into nine parts, each assigned to a Terminal Gynoid.
Currently, Touya has all of the parts and has gotten the allegiance of all gynoids and Babylon herself.
