The manga adaptation of In Another World With My Smartphone (異世界はスマートフォンとともに。,Isekai wa Sumātofon to Tomo ni.?) series is illustrated by Soto and written by Patora Fuyuhara. Eiji Usatsuka provides the original character design. As of May 2020, there has been eight tankōbon volumes released. On October 12th 2020, Yen press announced that they will be publishing the English version of the manga.
After a freak accident involving some lightning winds up zapping him dead, 15-year-old Mochizuki Touya wakes up to find himself face-to-face with God. “I am afraid to say that I have made a bit of a blunder...” laments the old coot. But all is not lost! God says that he can reincarnate Touya into a world of fantasy, and as a bonus, he gets to bring his smartphone along with! So begins Touya's adventure in a new, anachronistic pseudo-medieval world. Friends! Laughs! Tears! Inexplicable Deus ex Machina! He sets off on a journey full of wonder as he absentmindedly travels from place to place, following whatever goal catches his fancy. The curtains lift on an epic tale of swords, sorcery, and smartphone apps!

The manga adaptation of the series was announced by the author on the author's footnote of the web series in chapter 408 on October 27, 2016. The serialization would be released by Kadokawa's Monthly Comp Ace magazine. The first chapter was published on November 26, 2016 in the January issue of the magazine.
The following chapters have appeared in the Monthly Comp Ace, but have not been compiled into a tankōbon (volume). The episode numbers will then be updated in alignment with previously published volumes.
