  • I want to invite you for joining on a long term project for this wikia.
    The project is basically about updating the information of the 10 main characters up to LN vol 10.
    As you know, the LN is at volume 10 but the info on those pages are varying in huge degree.
    This project will take a long time maybe 6 months or so, hopefully it will be finished before volume 12 or 13 released.
    Currently there'll be only 1-3 people work on this project but maybe in the future more people will help us or maybe not.
    I also want to standardize the format for the character page as we go, so we can use that as our reference when editing the other character pages.
    It's really weird to think that the series is quite popular but this wiki is deserted.

    If you agree to join, just tell me. We'll discuss the detail soon.

  • Today I want to introduce you to new referencing system.

    instead of using the usual tag for creating references,

    <ref>Web Novel Chapter something #something</ref>

    now you can use template for making references,
    {{qref|<wnch>|<ln lnch lnpage>|<manga>|<page>|<anime>|<text>}}

    for example:

    <ref>Web Novel Chapter 11 # 82</ref>
    <ref>Web Novel Chapter 15 # 107</ref>
    <ref>Light Novel Volume 1 Chapter 4</ref>
    <ref>Web Novel Arc 1 Chapter #5— Manga Vol. 1 Chapter 1 (p. 26)— Anime Episode 1, Touya dodged a knife stabbing as he could see the knife trajectory.</ref>

    becomes

    {{qref|wnch=82}}
    {{qref|wnch=107}}
    {{qref|ln=1 ch 4}} or {{qref|ln=1 c 4}}
    {{Qref|wnch=5|anime=1|manga=1|page=26|text=Touya dodged a knife stabbing as he could see the knife trajectory.}}

    The full list can be seen in this link, {{qref}}

  • About the recent name change of Refreese Imperium, if you want to rename it by yourself, please use the proper script.

    I aware that you have used the "Rename" script function rather than "Rename & Update" script function.

    The former script will only change the page name but won't change the page name on the other pages. The later will do both of them automatically.

    Also, if you're using visual editor, it usually only changes the visual not the code by itself. Thus, sometimes it won't acts as the editor intended. This time, your edit also only changes the visual but not the code.

    I'll fix some of your mess for now.

    • I think that we should only change the names of the Eashenese people who're based on people who actually existed. While we do often call most Japanese people FN LN, we only tend to do that for more modern names. The people from the sengoku period always have their last name written first, regardless of the language (I checked English, Japanese, and Hebrew).

      some people might find that change slightyly confusing, but I beleieve that we should for historical accuracy. Plus, I was really confused when i was looking for Tokugawa Ieyasu in this wiki... I can't be the only one

  • At Iris Fam page

    "she acts like a librarian, talking with quite a lack of interest."
    Isn't this a personality trait? Did she only act as librarian on the English version of the LN, but not on the other media?

    At Francesca page

    "she speaks very monotonously, even when being erotic"
    Isn't this also a personality trait? and did she behave that way on certain version of the media, such as the English LN and the anime?

    At Nyantarou page

    "It was chosen because it sounds like "Nyan", a Japanese cat sound."
    Is this your opinion or a fact?

    • For Fam: I’m not sure For Cesca: she does speak monotonously in the anime and LNs For Nyantarou: I’ll add “possibly”

    • If you write it that way, it implicitly suggests that the manga and the WN are/will be different. Please don't discriminate certain groups of media adaptation and be general when adding the information unless that thing is only occurring in that media adaptation only.

      If that's a possibility, how possible is it to be not the case?
      Please refrain from adding baseless opinion and only add facts or opinion with supporting facts to the pages.

    • Got it. I'm changing the way I edit articles so that doesn't happen (or at least happens less).

  • I notice that you have made several bad editing on several pages. I suggest you to use the source editor rather than visual editor when editing the page.

    Also you might want to see this blog post for guidance.

  • You recently changed Masatoyo Naitō to Masanobu Kōsaka as the one who manage agriculture in Brunhild Dukedom. Are you sure about this?

    Because in the WN, it is Naitō who responsible on it.
