It is a reading cafe that was founded and owned by Touya Mochizuki. It contains books from different kingdoms including Belfast, Mismede, Regulus, Eashen, Refreese and Sandora as well as different types of books including picture books,magic books The books that are stored here are applied with Protection magic that prevents them from getting dirty or getting damaged by fire or water.They are also enchanted with Paralysis magic to prevent thieves from stealing any of the books, should they leave the Cafe with a hidden book then the spell will activate should they get within or past 10 meters of the store.

Trivia

• The Cafe's Japanese name, Tsukuyomi, is the name of the Shinto god of the moon.
• It's hinted that most of the later books the café obtained are romance or BL stories; given Linze added to the list of books requested by the customers.
• Touya wasn't able to keep check on the Cafe due to the attempted Regulus coup, along the engagement to Lu forcing him to found his Duchy. By the time he finally remembered about it, after his marriage, he considered it a lost cause to franchise.
