Plot[]

Sitting at a round table with King Tristwin, Emperor Zephyrus, and Princess Lucia with Yumina and Prince Lux sitting close by. Touya is thanked by Emperor Zephyrus for saving his life and the crown prince and princess, and he hopes to repay him somehow. However, Touya declines any payment, yet despite this, he's roped into becoming Lucia's fiancé by Yumina.

Afterward, Lucia is formally introduced to Touya's other fiancés, and a formal alliance is proposed between the Regulus Empire and Kingdom of Belfast. King Tristwin then informs Touya that it was decided between him and Emperor Zephyrus that portions of land between both nations shall be awarded to him. This would form a new small nation between the borders of Regulus and Belfast. Although Touya had hesitancies about accepting the offer, he concedes and gratefully accepts it.

Later at the Belfast Mansion, Touya, Yae, Linze, and Elze discuss the recent matters involving Touya being granted his own nation. When Linze asks for the land's name, Touya decides on Duchy of Brunhild. They then talk about moving to the new nation, having their mansion act as a base of operations, and they're joined by Yumina showing off Lucia's new outfit. Lucia joins the conversation and suggests a castle be built in the new nation. Moments after Touya looks at various castles for reference, High Rosetta barges into the scene, claiming she can help.

At the Workshop of Babylon, Rosetta explains to Touya and his ladies how the workshop can easily create a castle and reconstruct the land where it's being built. The entire process would take a mere three days to process, which impresses Touya. On the other hand, they'd need an abundance of various types of materials to complete this task. Lucia chimes in, suggesting salvaging material from an old castle in the northern region of the empire.

Within three days, the new nation castle is built. As Touya's fiancés check out the castle, Leen and Paula approach Touya and talk with him inside his castle. Leen gives Touya some passive-aggressive praise about his recent achievements, and Touya recalls if Queen Yuel gives birth to a boy, his chances of becoming King of Belfast are lost. Changing the subject, Leen comments that she won't waste any more of Touya's time as she's there as an ambassador of Mismede. She also explains that she's no longer an ambassador of Belfast and has reassigned someone else to take her place.

Later, Touya installs a small plate that's a key for a Gate, which only those with permission can pass. Touya has Renne try it out and uses it to be sent to the Belfast Mansion. There, Renne hands a letter addressed to Touya by the King of Belfast.

Eventually, Tristwin, accompanied by the Emperor of the Refreese Imperium Rig Reek Refreese, has an audience with Touya. The topics included forming an alliance between his nation and the Refreese Imperium and holding a party there to form stronger relationships with other nations.

Touya later creates various activities like mahjong, bowling, and massage chairs to adequately accommodate his visitors. Soon after, Tsubaki visits Touya hoping to become his servant after the Takeda clan has fallen. Hence the Takeda clan now hopes to serve Touya, and he accepts them into his domain.

Outside, Touya meets and greets his new residents Baba, Yamagata, Naito. Later, Touya talks with Kousaka about attracting merchants to the area, and he suggests that he build highways, and Touya promptly creates them along with checkpoints.

On the day of the grand gathering of nations in the Duchy of Brunhild, Touya's visitors all relish and enjoy the activities that Touya had to offer them. Touya gives Lucia a ring during the fireworks as proof of her being his fiancé.
